This review is a bit on the lighter side as it was a challenge to find anything interesting to say about this book aside from the observations I made in the video.
Larger pieces about conservative comedy have already been made, and this is meant more as application of those ideas rather than breaking new ground. That said, I did find a few things in here that I'm pretty sure I was the first to notice. Particularly the bits at the end.
Also, if anyone has a question they would like me to answer at the end of the video, please leave a comment under this post! You can also message me directly if you'd rather not answer it on here. I won't be using anyone's name, unless you'd like me to, so let me know if you would when asking your question. I may even answer more than one if I have trouble choosing. My preference is for questions about this particular video, but feel free to ask me anything.
The next video is well under way in production. I'm taking a break from writing it to write this post in fact! Barring any copyright shenanigans, it's going to be another sitcom retrospective, and so far it's shaping up pretty nicely.
Thanks again to everyone for all your support!
