Work In Progress - Elf Queen neck piece materials
Added 2021-03-08 19:11:42 +0000 UTCMoving on with the quick Elf Queen project. I'm really happy with the materials. The main fabric (a few layers of sturdy black coutil I guess) was really easy to make, but what interested me the most were the details, seams, stitches, ditches, bindings, hooks, eyes and grommets.
I usually like to keep some imperfect spots to make it feel more like hand made ;)
The smoothing may feel incorrect in these renders since Substance Painter causes some glitches and tends to display it incorrectly.
I'll definitely give the rigging a try this week.
