Announcement - Falka Armor Set and other stuff

I'm still planning a 1.3 ver with some geometry tweaks but it will take some time.
Also coming up this month for Habsburgs:

My dear Tudors and Bourbons, the 1.2-beta Falka will be available at Nexus at 2020-11-01
