Merfolk Sprite Base

The movement is pretty simple: these would work best in an underwater environment. You'd want to use the animation not just for movement, but even just for "standing" in place.
I think that this base would be pretty simple to work with-- you could easily splice any existing head onto these. I might put together a sheet of characters myself. Let me know if you'd like to see that.
Females would be a little more complicated; maybe I should put together a variation with some shells -- LOL.
