This is a beginner friendly audio to help you practice being hypnotized for the first time. It will also establish a trigger phrase which will assist you to re-enter into Fionaβs hypnotic audios in the future.
Experienced hypnotic subjects are welcomed to listen to this as well to become acquainted with the new trigger phrase.
There are suggestions of relaxation. The only lingering suggestion is the trigger phase to enter trance, which will fade whenever you no longer want it.
There are no finger snapping sounds in this recording.
