Calm your eager eyes, young one. Ya know not what you face out there in the deep black. Sailing for week after week, never seeing even a sliver of land on the great horizon. This boat, the waves, they toy with yer mind, till they be the only thing that makes up this whole world. But we sail because we must. If there indeed be more to the world than just what we know, the only way to find it is to try...
Ye've got spirit, I'll give ya that. And a ship like this under a good captain, you serve it well, and it'll return threefold. A galleon this size, why, ye could sail for months. But be warned, lad. The Long Voyages change the sailors that sail forth. The things lurk in the deep, and a crew cramped together when days blur together, things happen. Not everyone makes it back, and sometimes even when they do, they never really return. Give yerself a few more winters under yer belt. Old sailors like meself are few and far between for a reason."
