Obedient Sleepyhead: Sleep Therapy Fantasy

This is a custom hypnotic fantasy designed to help the listener sleep. There is no wake up command at the end of this recording. In this fantasy the listener is seeing me at my home for a sleep therapy hypnosis session. After having the listener sit on a comfortable recliner I have them look at a device that emits lavender scented smoke in hypnotic spirals to guide them into trance. After that I use a screen with the image of a metronome and familiar hypnotic spiral on it to guide the listener even deeper into trance. The sound of a metronome is very prevalent through most of the recording. Finally I hypnotize the listener with my eyes before guiding them deep into sleep. Throughout the recording suggestions to feel docile and obedient while hypnotized are given along with suggestions to associate my voice with hypnosis. The listener is also given suggestions to dream about hypnosis and being affected by powerful hypnotic suggestions. For best effects please listen to this recording with stereo headphones.
