“The never ending snow and ice continues. The days, maybe weeks now, of trudging alongside the frozen river all blur in to one bone chilling experience.

Up ahead, through the falling snow, you see a large cliff rearing up between the trees. Down the face of it a once churning waterfall now lies eerily silent. Gripped by the freezing temperatures the immense power of the water waits.

You notice a thin spire of smoke arises from a campsite by the base of the waterfall and voices can be heard on the wind."

Hey all,

I received some great feedback on the map I made recently, Blizzard on the Oxbows, most notably that the scale was a bit on the small side. I'll be addressing this in a future re-release of the map but I also kept it in mind whilst making this one. Whilst this map was good fun to make the perspective certainly caused me a few headaches. It's always tricky to balance realism, map utility and style but I certainly feel like I've been reaching a place I'm happier with my maps.
