Frozen Dungeon - Forgotten Icons

So as I mentioned in my last post this is the start of a grand modular dungeon map pack. Next week I’ll be releasing another large chamber and then after that a series of connecting pieces so you’ll be able to start putting together your own multi-level dungeon or use them as one off maps.
Trying to put together a frozen feel to this chamber was certainly a challenge for me, but I’m pretty pleased with how it’s turned out overall. There are a lot of elements that I’m really happy with and plenty of room for expansion. 
In my minds eye this chamber is at a crossroads within the caverns. Its previous inhabitants would leave offerings or give a passing prayer to their statue of choice to try and ensure a safe journey for themselves as they moved within the caverns. These statues might have represented Gods or particularly powerful champions within their society. In recent years the inhabitants have either forgotten this ritual or have been driven off and so it’s fallen to disrepair and any travellers hurry through with their heads down to their destinations.
It’s the perfect place for you to ambush your adventurers as they're busy arguing on the best route forwards deeper in to the dungeon. And the frozen river can prove deadly for the unwary, who knows what lurks beneath its frosted surface.
