A - Go to school by bus (And you will first meet Natalie)
B - Walk there by yourself (You will first meet with Lola)
You already know the first decision A, but when you choose the option B: you will meet with Lola and invite her to a first date. Now you can decide what comes next.
Needless to say there will be major implications later on based on your decision leading to choosing your first girlfriend to date and start a romantic relationship.
