You will see in the beginning. If you don't want to see my reaction to the dubbed I would just skip to 5:47 of the reaction because that is where the actual reaction begins.

For instance when Lelouch talked to Urabe in the sub he says something along the lines of "reducing the numbers of Britannia" and the dub he says he isn't a sacrificial pawn. It sorta means the same thing but in the dub it sounds much more understandable.

I prefer the dub over sub for Code Geass anyway, but the show is so great that its amazing in both sub and dub. That's hard to do for most anime 💯 🔥

In example if I watch English cartoon or movie I always prefer to hear it in English rather than being dubbed to my own native language (Indonesian), and when I watch Indonesian movie or cartoon I always liked it voiced by Indonesian language. And it's always the same with Japanese movie or anime I'd rather watched it in it's original language which is Japanese.

2020-03-11 16:49:06 +0000 UTCyeah sometimes to fit in the timing and wording, the dub usually have different words but the overall sentence is the same with a few exceptions. Although i gotta say these subs were pretty bad lol. some of the words werent even translated like the "four holy swords" when urabe suicided. not the biggest deal but just pointing it out.

2020-03-11 12:54:11 +0000 UTCI love the dub and prefer it to the sub for Code Geass but it all comes down to opinion. Maybe she should have tried the dub earlier before she got used to the sub but most times it's hard to switch voices once you're used to what you're hearing.
