Then there's another spoiler, like you have realized, that won't be revealed until the saga after, aka later at ep 663 (tho the movie came out after ep 658). (Since most ppl only use the term arcs, saga is essentially many arcs that are part of a bigger storyline. E.g. Water 7 Arc + Enies Lobby Arc + few other smaller arcs together forms the Water 7 Saga)

You're right the guy's name is Basil Hawkins, he ate the Wara Wara no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to create and manipulate straw. He also showed himself covering himself in straw and turning into a giant scarecrow during Sabaody.

The style of this movie is quite different because it was directed by a very famous Japanese movie director who also did Wolf Children and many others. <b>One Piece 3D2Y: (Rating 8/10):</b> This is a 1 hour 47 minute special. You can watch this after 521 or 522 it doesn't matter which as long as it is after 521. <b>!!!!!VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!!! You can't watch the after credits on this one, as soon as they roll, turn it off. The exact time where you can turn it off is 1:45:15 but you will notice black text starts to roll. !!!!!VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!!!</b> s <b>One Piece Film: Z (Rating 9/10):</b> Probably the best one piece movie in my opinion, it has everything you know and love about one piece. 2019-02-04 23:00:57 +0000 UTCAllona the 5 men who where discussing luffy and blackbeard are the five elder stars "Gorosei" I'm surprised you didn't recognise them, they appeared few times before, they are the head of the world government. Regarding their point about Blackbeard, no they don't want to make him a Yonko the government don't appoint Yonko, it's not like the Shichibokai. They suspect that Blackbeard will purse the title of Yonko, which means he will try to control Whitebeards territories since he is already familiar with it. Keep in mind his Shichibokai statues is automatically revoked because of what he pulled in impel down and marinfrod, hence the Gerosei wanting 3 new Shichibokai to replace, Moria, Jenbi and Blackbeard.

You'll definitely enjoy it as it feels more like a movie than an episode special. Plus you get some more Luffy and Boa action. You'll kind of understand better once you watch episode 516.
