Suddenly, the doorbell rings and to my surprise, my colleagues have sent me a massive McDonald's lunch! As I dive into the feast, something strange happens : with each bite, my belly starts growing bigger and bigger. By the time I finish, I can barely move and my belly feels like it’s about to explode!
