Oh wow! Poor thing, she looks horrified. Hopefully her friend Thea can stop by and comfort her and take care of her from now on. I think Abigail was expecting to wake up from some benign surgery (breast augmentation?), but realizes there must have been a mix-up and was operated for “limb cropping”. Unfortunately, she can’t even protest effectively because the surgery included weakening her tongue muscles and modifying her vocal chord which is giving her the cute squeaky voice she now has. (Actually I think Thea is secretly responsible for the surgery mixup because she’s been quietly in love with Abigail this whole time and decided to delimb her to keep her as her baby and do sexual things with her. Abigail will never know the truth and will be grateful to Thea always and eventually enjoy being Thea’s cute baby.)
