Update: Weapon&Hunting Shop, Wildlife, Quests & Story

Hey everyone!

We hope you had a wonderful week! 🍹

As you can see, we now have vegetation all over the Island! I really really love that. There are still many things to iron out, but overall it works and in my opinion, looks amazing. I wanna go on holidays there 🍹

We also have nice Screenshots from the new Weapon&Hunting Shop Interior! It´s 95% final and there are just some minor changes left that will be done soon.

Not only will you get great Products & Supplies there, but also great Service. If you know what I mean 😉😋

So we are slowly but surely adding more and more interiors to story-relevant locations. I really like how that all turns out 🥰

Wildlife:

And we also started implementing the first Wildlife. I have already shown you some screenshots of chicken, but now we also have deer with basic behaviour. The Lead Coder will leave for 1 month, so it´s not finished. But you get an idea of the behaviour. So it's noticing you, flees, stops, grazes, etc. And you can sneak towards it within a specific angle where it does not see you.

We will also have hearing implemented at some point. But for the next demo that should be fun to play around with.

Story & Quests:

We also have a LOT of quests already written and they are currently prepared for implementation. We have a test scene for all kinds of situations & options to try different things. And the approach of writing and implementation is very user-friendly and solid. We use technology that is also used in big studios because it proved to be future-proof and rather easy to handle. Exactly what we want 💪😎

And last but not least a short blooper. We have come a long way since we started! But it´s always good to see old stuff to remind ourselves that there is actually a lot of progress 🥳
