I originally planned for Kazuma to be babysitting Megumin, but ended up sticking with her alone. This made the accidents more believable, I think, as she helplessly faints with no energies just like in the show. The one thing that is maybe worth mentioning is that all of the diapers have some kind of pun in the names. SwabThePoopDeck helped me a bit with these.
We have the Pullups (Panty-shaped, Practical, Pretty)
the Diapers (Disposable, Discreet, Divine)
the Cloth diapers (Comfortable, Cushioned, Cotton)
and the Boosters (Blessed Bulky Boosters, for Big Boom Booms).
The cloth diaper has a pattern with black cats, resembling Megumin's familiar.

For some this reminds me of an episode of the Simpsons with all these names. In on episode Bart mentioned that he lost a ton of money on a horse race and had to endorse baby wipes in Norwiegia which he had. They were called "Krusty Klovnen Baby Visker" but those names are cuter.
