I thought about this sequel during rehab (I had a rather unfortunate accident and busted both my knees). I had a lot of time to spare during magnetotherapy and came up with the whole story while resting below the buzzing machine. It was weird but oddly relaxing. I was even planning to make a 3rd chapter for Haruhi but I never had a proper ending and overall didn't like the story too much.
For the curious ones here's the plot: Haruhi and Kyon's relationship continues and everything seems to be going well. Haruhi begins to regularly wear diapers to school and forces Kyon to do naughty things during lesson or recess, either in plain sight or hidden in empty rooms. Haruhi never has enough of it so one day the whole reality warps and becomes an ABDL world. All big girls are taken care of by their daddies, something you'd expect to see in a daycare. Haruhi happily sits on a stroller as Kyon pushes her to school, trying to figure out a way to, once again, get out of this situation. This time Mikuru becomes a nurse and I had a funny scene where she spoonfeeds Haruhi (way too much) only to be greeted with a diaper blowout, resulting in Haruhi waddling and crawling around the place to get changed by a desperate Mikuru. And that's it, I could never figure out a good way to end this. Sorry :p

Well, every story gets got in a slump. I usually just write it down and then move onto the next, feeling, I can always come back to it later. And 20 years later it's still pending, the problem of short attention spans.
