Meaning Milim has so much power that Great sage couldn't even quantify anything past 10x of Rimuru's own power, also meaning Milim could be 20x, 50x, 100 times stronger than Rimuru and we wouldn't know. When i said Rimuru isn't currently the strongest, i meant it lol. Also Milim is not a child, I wont say her age though, Rimuru however thinks she's a child. She acts like a child for lore reasons I cannot speak of without major spoilers. BTW You seemed to have missed some of the lizards, the female Lizards were not the only ones to get human like forms, you can see multiple male Lizards who got human like forms as well. For some reason a ton of reactors have said the same thing you did "they ofc had to make the girls look human" as if it was just for fan service. But there are many factors to how one changes when named, like how Gobta didn't change at all, his form is basically already peak for how he fights. So basically some lizards got human forms, some did not. Though a persons nature could change how one evolves when they name someone, like because Rimuru was once a human and other factors of the way he thinks, certain races end up looking like humans once named.
