Yea Jinwoo is not ruthless but if you do cross him he will do what he has to. He is a man on a mission and since he has a family to care for, he refuses to die. Jinwoo refuses to spill innocent blood. He's a good guy in the end lol

The scum criminal totally deserves that for sure, I'm happy that all this doesn't have a negative effect on Jinwoo. I mean, he was questioning himself for killing the first criminals but then said, "Screw it, I need to survive" 🤣

Not that it's tied to his sense of morality per se, but the typical emotions and common sense that a regular person may feel will be something that won't apply to Jinwoo. I suppose you can think of it as an offset for gaining immense strength. He may not be the "naive" young man that he used to be but he is still and will always be a good guy even if he doesn't feel the same as a normal person. Also fun fact about the shit bag rapist prisoners that they left out from the webtoon, one them actually survived and after Jinwoo killed Taeshik he noticed he was still alive thanks to his perception skills. After Taeshik was kind enough to inform Jinwoo about why the criminals were in prison to begin with, Jinwoo was not gonna let a Rapist go back into society. So he dragged the prisoner to the boss room and fed him to the boss. Which is absolutely crazy and if anything the anime is trying to make Jinwoo's decline of morality just a bit lighter. I mean I don't feel sorry for a rapist getting what he deserves, but it just shows what Jinwoo is capable of and that he's not afraid to deal with scum that need to be erased. I'm honestly surprised they left that part out.
