I try to go paddle boarding every opportunity possible. Not only does it help me with my balance but it also correct my posture and strengthens my right and my left side equally. Itβs difficult with lyra to maintain an exercise regimen that strengthens my right and my left side equally as my right side is stronger than my left by far. Paddleboarding really helps me balance this out and relieve pain caused by the imbalance.
