It’s difficult to truly capture the sparkle of this incredible costume but I love performing in it! I’m roughly 190lbs and a size 10 women so finding a vintage costume in my size is quite a task! I’m so happy that Bridgets Cabinet rescued it in Europe, for me to enjoy.✨

Le Lido is a cabaret located in the bustling city of Paris, France. Le Lido has been a world famous burlesque house since opening it’s doors in 1946 at 78 Avenue des ChampsÉlysée and eventually moving location in 1977. This venue features variety acts of all kinds with a special focus on costume clad beautiful burlesque showgirls. Some Critically acclaimed acts featured at Le Lido include Edith Piaf, Johnny Hallyday, Maurice Chevalier, Marlene Dietrich, Eartha Kitt, Josephine Baker, Elton John and Laurel & Hardy.

I’ve seen many try and fail at this seemingly simple task. The reality is that lady parts come in all shapes and sizes. How does one properly size a g string? It should be easy, right? As it turns out, nope, not so much! For an expertly sized g string I almost always turn to Christina Manuge. Expert burlesque designer and always top designer in my book, for exactly this reason. It’s a crying shame when my lips fall out on stage before I’ve even started my routine. That means for the rest of my 7 minute routine that I have to stand still like a statue and hardly separate my legs. That just does not work for me on stage so, I took to hunting for the world’s best g string! I have found it, them, all of them made by Manuge et Toi. This designer actually takes into consideration what my body measurements are (and they are not small) Not only my waist hips and bust but EVERY measurement necessary for a perfect fit! She is worth every penny.
