Once more let's talk about taking up space. Have you ever had to perform on a large stage and felt like it swallowed you up? Me too... Its awful! Here's the key to conquering the dreaded big stage. Make sure to touch every inch of it while you're up there. It will slow down your choreo drastically but your audience will appreciate you addressing their side of the room and making contact with them. Be bigger than the stage if possible. Aim for that just in case you fall short. Always go BIG!!! Even when playing coy or meek, go big! Especially on a big stage. Remember our job as artists is to exaggerate the story not to play small.
