Anthro-Pachycephalosaur Ulti (One Piece) for Neferpitoufan! After becoming a spooky ghost last week, Ulti's back with a vengeance. I found a reference by Iven Furrpaw of a lizard woman with her mouth open and tongue out so I decided to work that in. I feel like maybe theres a version of this that has more bulk, plates and or scales, but I don't hate it as is. I gave her a face pattern that matches her mask.

So I'm thinking this is the final raffle of the year. I'm going to take a week off for the holidays, before resuming raffles on the 5th of January. Thanks to all of you who've supported the Patreon this year, its truly humbling that people take an interest in and contribute to this project. Much love to all of you.
