Past Story: Sypher Moveset

At the same time I'm still working on moveset resources for Nameks and Friezas, in which I think I'm 90% complete.

i dont know if i messed something up but when i try to use either the installer or put in the files myself(i also just noticed there is no vfx folder), my cac has ssj4 goku stance, and get stuck in a permanent loading whenever i enter a battle or quests
