So funny that they retconned all of those past scenes to add Nikki and Paolo to them, just to kill them off in some 'logical' way. How much budget must have went to rewrite and reshoot, just to get rid of them.

2025-11-11 04:03:36 +0000 UTCQuite a fun episode! The script is very fun...and, at times, very "wink, wink" clever. Like when Zuckerman (the creator of "Expose") says to Nikki, "You know, you don't need to die. We can bring you back next season." and Nikki says, "I'm just a guest star and we all know what happens to guest stars." And when after killing Zuckerman Nikki says to Paulo, "We poisoned him, let's not poison ourselves..." And at the airport after hearing Shannon and Boone arguing when Nikki says, "Promise me we'll never end up like them." (Oh, you mean dead and buried on the beach perhaps??) And what exactly did Locke mean when he told Paulo "Things don't stay buried on this island" ?
