for here to make me fight for her as we should Here -> her Pitz was shocked to be challenged so openly but didn't earn her level because she was meek. -> ... But she didn't earn her level... You nailed Pacore's personality! Thank you for the chapter.

Eliel Taskinen

Definitely nailed it

Lemongrass Gogulope

I wonder if, after returning to the village with the pieces of the carcass and meeting Pacore, they decide to go back with Pacore and Pitz into the high mana zone to recover the feathers they cached and maybe even more of the carcass.

M. Lampi

Aren’t they are going to do an expedition into the forest to reduce the goblin tribes numbers and get better blacksmithing logs for a forge.

Timo Immig

Both are lesser dragons, but one was poissoned and the other was killed in direct combat.

Timo Immig

In chpt 71 Pitz and Pacore are talking about her slaying a dragon. She keeps saying hydras don’t count. I wonder how they will react to the girls coming back with pieces of a real dragon and 15 lvls higher than when they left.

Marcus Martin

With the exception for Blaiton. None of the Nobles will have a good end. In particular the one from Drey. I don‘t think those nobles are more important than the wrath of the house Pitz. Furthermore the king needs to set an example for the rest of the nobles, that such behaviour will not br tolerated.

Timo Immig

No tener una actualización en una semana no es para preocuparse, ella tiene una vida, y esto es yn hobby, no una obligación

Lilimu u.u

Volvio a abandonar la historia o aun no alguien sabe

Brayan :v

Which is why our MC should broker a deal between her merchant friends and Pitz. This will show an avenue for both Pitz and Pacore to work with our MC. Recall when the Silver Herd owner mentioned that merchant companies will be assassinated if they don't have Noble backing.

Michael Weis

Maybe. Maybe not. If it was real world you would definitely be right. But who knows what else Olbert’s nobles got or lost from fleeing except losing a ton of money (I mean pitz said that somebody will be punished for their negligence)

Fortuner

I get that honestly I don't care if it takes 1 day or 3 weeks for a chapter I was kinda just hoping for a hey this next chapters a struggle gonna be a week or so on it or a probably a day or two gotta edit. Mostly just don't want to spend days refreshing for an update. I'll keep a membership here for a year without a posted update. Just would like a little communication for setting my expectations.

Scott Fellman

Y'all I don't think bothering the author about that will help them write any faster. Based on some of the author comments, it might be the inverse actually

Clara

Also!!! Doesn't the agreement stating that Olebert gets its cities back (based on high level contribution) fuck over everyone living there? They basically get an unknown Damocles blade hanging over them, where we soon as the city is transferred back, all the Olebert nobles and such will come pouring back in and kick everyone out of leadership positions/start fishing out punishment for daring to rise above their station or somesuch. The Silver Herd also are in a shaky situation this way

Clara

Any chance of a chapter soon not trying to rush just trying to figure out the schedule

Scott Fellman

I don't see why it complicates things. They can sell it through Pitz and her kingdom too.

Michael Weis

So I was thinking they probably stashed the remaining dragon skin underground where it might not get scavenged, and come back for it later. But with Pitz here this kind of becomes a "wolf sheep cabbage" situation, trust wise. If it was just Pacore, they'd probably get him to come with them back into the mana zone to collect the loot. But Pitz kinda complicates things

Clara

ugh. waiting is hard

bob barker

The Best and worst part is, as much as I just want them back at town I don't think it makes sense. With the current pacing its should be either another POV such as Sandra/her Mom or the chapter will be a back and forth with them just about to arrive back and be an even bigger cliff! But I'm very much looking forward to reading it whatever happens.

Justin

So true. I know that i have notifications but good lord it's tough to wait

Fortuner

Trying to be patient.... But I've been checking an unreasonable amount. Take your time Kosnik. Been enjoying it and its at a fun spot in the story!

Justin

Love this chapter! Found a few more typos: used to my company?” I deadpaned ==> used to my company?” I deadpanned maybe even lung at me in frustration ==> maybe even lunge at me in frustration Vital, my harry ass." ==> Vital, my hairy ass." Though I am loath to admit it ==> Though I am loath to admit it despised me, worshiped, or tried to kill ==> despised me, worshipped, or tried to kill

M. Lampi

I liked this chapter. I hope we jump to their return in the next one. An epic return because ... a thousand goblins are chasing Aalyiah and Tabitha. And they must alert the village for the fighting to come. In the back, Aaliyiah infuse mana on the serpent wings, lifting their precious load, helping run faster... She is low in mana, but the fields of town are just behind that line of trees. I love this history because I imagine scenes like this all time. XD

Toni Pampliega

Honestly if Pitz sees Aaliyah’s growth in such a short time, she might just decide to fight Pacore for her outright; or try to kill Aaliyah to deny her to Scholl.

Darren Fong

Pacore chapters are my favorite. I hope the next chapter is also from previous point of view, but we get to see his reaction to Tabitha and Aaliyah coming back with their kill.

Matthew Uhlmansiek

Lilimu u.u

Really the only way to keep the exp transfer and soul absorption a secret is to say the dragon was higher than lvl 130ish, and maybe come up with a story how they found an artifact that can slay soul terrors or the undead well, and that they faced a horde of level 130+ undeads. Which, while partially true, Pitz and Pacore will almost immediately know something is up, but the last thing they’ll suspect is that Aaliyah has 2 rank 6 skills. Pacore can’t really pry into Aaliyah’s situation given their tenuous master/disciple relationship, Pitz less so given they’re technically enemies now, and Tabitha promised to not tell Pacore of her skills. Actually, did Aaliyah ever tell Tabitha that the skills are rank 6? For all she know it could be rank 5.

Hetian Yu

I'm picturing Aaliyah being very smug with Pitz and Packor and then being absolutely terrified when she hears her mothers distant disbelieving shout of "She did what!?" Full Loony toons ripping up weeds as she tries to scurry away on all fours and cringing at the waving of a wooden spoon which she tracks with her eyes like it is the scepter of a wrathful monarch.

Valderan

Plus I hope Aaliyah chooses to help with the dragon problems, but not be bound to the kingdoms. I know the resources of the kingdoms could promote her to great heights faster, but I believe she could reach those hights herself although not as fast it will be more solid growth.

James Everhart

I wonder how they will react to the wall being built, would they try want to invest more to the village. They only need to provide information on runes ,and materials, she can master the art of blacksmithing herself and aquire the materials with her own hands while she travels the world.

James Everhart

I'm just waiting for the point when everyone's jaws fall off from what happened.

Roukanken

I have two questions 1: Will Aaliyah and Tabitha get one of the winged serpent feathers as trophies to wear in their hair and such 2: Do you have a Discord server. If not do you want one? I can set one up with bot moderation if you want?

Draco Von Hellsing

I'll be happy to read this even if it's predictable.

Eliezer

I would like to see them go into the woods to find Aalyiah

Kris Roberts

Great chapter! Pacore trolling on Pitz is hilarious and her turntabling him with fine print was chefs kiss. I really enjoyed her POV and while I understand why it had to happen her capture and loss always made me sad. Very happy we get the extended version of them bickering but with her free and capable. Personally in the battle for Aaliyah I’m hoping she chooses Tabitha as a martial teacher. Dunk on both the high level monsters, at least Tabitha genuinely cares for her, like Del does. And rewarding Pacore for strong arming her feels icky. Now we just need an elven magic teacher and we’ll be cooking!

leakysubmarine

I wonder if they manage to come before Aalyiah and Tabitha or if they go after them. Though that probably would not make sense, given how large area they would have to cover.

Luboš Hemala

I wonder how Tabitha will explain her additional levels

Oskatat

I know some people don't like Pacore, but I do. He's not serious and serious at the same time. He's seen it all, the good and the bad. He knows the end is approaching even if it isn't soon. What possibly could there be left to be embarrassed or worried about? And so he acts without reservations when it suits him. I'm sure if someone told him to 'act his age', he'd ask where he should bury himself or something similar.

Oskatat

It would be fun to see this encounter unfold.

Scott, just Scott

Love this chapter all I need now is one chapter of master pacore being so dumbfounded he stands frozen like a statue for a week after learning about the massive improvement in both of the students

Moon Winchester

Azerinth Healer did a great job of non main characters POV. Jason would be a good short ⅓ chapter view. Or the main person managing Drey now. Do I want to hear about them...no. do I want their perspective of padcore and Aaliyah...YES.

Justin

Love it.

Michael Weis

I want to see Del's reaction to the shield.

mechajlaw

Hey you just spoiled the plot for the next chapter!

SteveC

Somehow I can just see how this unfolds. Pacore and Pitz arrive in the village a few hours before Aaliyah and Tabitha. They find out the girls went into the magic dense forest. The gem didn't go off so they aren't dead, or at least Tabitha isn't and knowing Tabitha there isn't a chance she'd let Aaliyah die if she could help it. Pacore and Pitz still want to go after them, so they start preparing to go into the forest when the girls try to sneak back in without altering anybody about their loot. Tabitha is carrying the skull of a huge serpent over her head and Aaliyah is pulling a sled full of monster parts so brimming with magic that the beast had to be ateast level 120. Aaliyah, with a deer in headlights look"Ha ha, we can explain." Turns to Tabitha "Why don't you explain what happened to Pacore while I go inform my mother." Then she activates Flash step snd disapears.

DeerHeart

Thanks for the chap, looking forward to the next one, be it pacore and general pitz arriving in town with no Aaliyah or if Tabitha and Aaliyah are already there, them getting their socks knocked off

Annora D.

Good transition chapter looking forward to him seeing the dead lesser dragon

Scott Fellman

Thanks for the chapter!!! I’m so glad this novel is back!

Undead Writer

Good friends are for young men. Old people prefer good enemies. I remember my grandfather became pen pals with a member of the German army and the only comment on it was a laugh and "Christ we got into good fights."

Valderan

I need moar pls

P Bogdan

Lovely Chapter! I enjoyed it.

Lord Porkalust

Love it

heh

Somewhere has been told that she's around 80. As for Gods, we can see that even in MC's family they worship Gods. You can just look at the most popular religion in the real world to see how billions of people pray and believe in the creator. No wonder that tired oldman would wait for the touch of Death Goddess

Fortuner

Do we know how old Pitz is? This chapter makes her feel younger than I pictured. I thought she was in her 40s... here she comes off like a 20-something. It's not bad just odd. Pacore as an old warrior who's just a bit crazy is always a joy, I wonder about his certainty regarding Ebeon. He could be a stalwart believer but he might have also met her in a t6 skill? He'd have to be beyond crazy to label himself as the Deathless and still want to meet up with a Death Goddess of sorts lol

The Tallest Tree

Great chapter. Unfortunately for lady Pitz, I don't think she'll even think to offer Aaliyah the freedom she longs for. If she does though, things could get interesting.

Enthernal

Man i love these chapters. It's always great to have a Pacore POV every once in a while. Here's hoping to a hybrid Aaliyah/pacore chapter soon

TheShadowMuffin

Enjoyed it. I'm glad Pitz is with Padcore. I think having the two will make this upcoming interaction with Aaliyah and Tabitha that much better. Also Sandra being able to enchant would be a Minor but good find. I'd be surprised if she gets zero interest.

Justin

I hope the reunion isn’t delayed for too long. I want to see Pacores reaction lol.

Derek Walker

I loved the realization of the previous chapter with this one and how a person who has lived a lot has things planned so widely.

Sebastian Romero Zapata

Thank you for this lovely chapter! Even if the stubbornness feels the same - they are different. The desire is to die in a glorious battle for the country and humility before the end of his life describes Pacore as an incredibly old and brave person. Will there be a spar between Tabitha and Pitz? Just after the Aaliyah's pity explanation of their new levels The question is how to be patient and wait for the new chapter and not to refresh page like every 5 min

Fortuner

Yes, I've been looking forward to his reaction ever since Kervin made a fool of himself staring at it.

Majormajor78

Would be interesting to see what happens. Especially if the decision comes down to Aaliyah’s choice. Especially since she mentioned before wanting to be free.

Erza Bear

I enjoyed Pacore's point of view, a deep enjoyment of life. But at the same time an unwavering desire to die. He is a man who has outlived his time. And he only wants to secure his country's future before finally dieing.

Kris Roberts

Great chapter. I think the only thing that could have made it better would be if the chapter ended with them coming into view of the village and being left gaping at the wall being constructed. Pacore is almost as enthralled by the village as he is by Aaliyah so I'm really looking forward to that scene.

Hamfist

boom. you smacked me right side of the head with a very solid chapter. Pacore's flaws and heroicism make for a compelling part of the story

bob barker

I was expecting a letter to arrive from Tabitha asking for help with the dragon parts. He’s the only person I can think of that can help sell the high level beast. Also I hope it doesn’t take long for them to leave the forest, at this point I don’t think there is any beasts that can make exiting the forest hard.

Ken

Loved it. I was hoping for this. Feels like a good setup for the next couple parts. Please have them return to the village by chapter 123.1

Michael Weis

Oh I personally loved this chapter and also fully enjoyed feeling the feel of an old warrior whos long outlasted all others...especially family. Now I'm curious if your going to do a slight 'jump' ahead and skip the journey through the forest and have them return shortly after they arrive?! Honestly hoping so a bit ill admit. Thank you so much for the read.

Straven

You totaly nailed the transition between them- I love him so much, he's such a troll.

Sean Carter

Sounded great! I'm hoping Pacore manages to reach the village first to really drive home Aliyah and Tabitha's return with dragon parts.

Solopath

Probably one of the better chapter in a while, Pacore’s pov is always fun to read. While you definitely see the jaded side of him and his acceptance of death, it makes him a lot looser; it’s kinda like when Aaliyah was pretending to be a super unnerving young noble heiress back in the forest, fun stuff to read. We’re always so wrapped up in Aaliyah’s worldview that sometimes we forget how freaky she truly is, and reactions from the layman done well is probably one of the best part about this work. Although, I’m not exactly sure how Pitz’s plot is gonna work. She doesn’t know about Aaliyah’s personal contract with Pacore, although Pitz should’ve assumed such a deal was made. How would the deal made by the two countries interact with Aaliyah’s deal? Technically, Aaliyah can’t return to Olebert since she signed the contract with Pacore, although she could exit out of it with no consequences. Would the deal between the country interpret this as going against the condition that Olebertians above lvl 49 can freely choose to go back? And if so, what’s the consequence if this is voided? Actually, thinking about it now, it’s probably not a magical treaty that makes sure everything’s enforceable. If it is, the world should be a lot more peaceful with every nation having hundreds of treaties that should be in effect.

Hetian Yu

I like the chapters with Pacore, I always enjoy the goofy overpowered mentor trope and I think it’s done really well. My only comment would have been that it would be nice to see a bit more of the outside view of Pacore the deathless. Most of our interaction is with people who know him while he’s goofing around which makes it tough to get a stronger sense of the gravitas he has for outside parties. Thanks for the chapter!

Janny

Tyftc always craving more

Freya

I am unreasonably excited for Pacore to see how much growth has happened to both of his students.

Ember

I like this chapter. Poor Pitz, I don’t like her odds :). “tell me bellow.” -> below
