A very interesting episode. We find out that it's not just Tricia who's very religious, it's probably all Cylons. And we already know the humans believe in a pantheon.
There's still no way to tell whether Gaius' Tricia is real or not. She kind of implied that Sharon could be a Cylon, but that line could be interpreted many different ways.
And the Sharon who's with Helo, is she actually in love with him? The others told her to stay in place, yet she immediately tells him to leave, what's that about? Do the Cylons, at least the human-like models, actually have feelings and emotions?

Kobol is a planet, supposedly the home planet of this human species. By their legends it's a planet humans left and established the known 12 colonies, (the planets destroyed by the Cylons), plus we think maybe also a 13th colony, Earth. So the Lords of Kobol is how they name their pantheon of gods.
I think that is all information given in the series to date, without any spoilers.
