yeah i really hate that. becuase in one of them it wasn't even a surprise that kate showed up. i never liked previously ons but they are especially bad when I'm reacting to a show

They're kind of patronising tbh, and fortunately they got pretty much phased out with the advent of binge-watching a la Netflix, but they also act as mini-spoilers in that they will inevitably focus on characters you now know will be in the upcoming episode. We'd rather be surprised, producer people!
