In a lot of episodes, the second and third levels of "but why didn't..." can't really be squared up. Best to just shrug and go on.

2021-02-21 13:02:28 +0000 UTCYeah, it's odd he hasn't figured it out. I'm guessing he thought it was extreme sleep walking the first night, but then the gang start talking about werewolves so surely he should have worked it out. I guess the Sunnydale habit of ignoring the monsters was in effect ;)

Even Oz is being somewhat stereotypical in his inability to seek help. Although some of that is excusable giving the gang was talking about killing the werewolf when he walked in. But he certainly should've said something later when Willow came to his house. Luckily there's still Giles and at the end Oz is back to his sweet self. Even Larry redeems himself at the end. One thing that always bothered me about this episode though: we see Oz wake up in the woods on the _second_ night that he's a wolf. What did he think on the first night? Or did he somehow find his way back to his bed that time? Or maybe he got so drunk that he just figured he had a black out? None of it seems very plausible.
