Yes, these are the skins from previously made for F1, F2 and F3, but with a completely different undertone in the skin and darker spots where ethnic people have more melanin in their skin.
You can find them in game under FEMALE "Face - Skin", available for the 4 vanilla heads, chw2, Hooh's and DBLin's headmods. Pre-release for our Patrons until public release on the 9th of June 2023 and will then also become available in the BetterRepack Sideloader Update.
