13:42 "race conditions" is the term you're thinking about, when you have two processing threads running simultaniously that are looking at/for the same value, that value will be innaccurate for the second one because the first got there and evaluted the data. like, if i have two players connected to a server, and they both shoot the bad guy at the same time, you might get a situation where both screens, using local data show "hit" but, server side only the one that reached the server first is counted, so only one person gets credit. basiaclly, you have two things "racing" to edit the same value
