Hey y’all! Sorry for being MIA this month. It’s been long and busy and all around overwhelming. I’ve had some family stuff come up that took up a big chunk of my time, traveling back and forth between Indiana and Ohio. I’ve also been dealing with excruciating sciatica that kicks my ass when it flares up. On top of all that, Patreon decided to lock me out of my account, saying I needed to verify my identity again. I’m not sure what was going on, but it took way longer than it should have and that was frustrating as fuck.

Anyways, I ended up hitting an all time high (above pic) after a massive all day stuffing early this month. Since then, I haven’t really been on the gain train. I’m trying to figure out how to rid my body of this on and off sciatic pain that’s been going on for over a year. Unfortunately, I’ll most likely have to lose some weight and get my body’s muscles right again, especially my core. I just know there’s no way I can push to 500 in the pain I’m in. Gaining is such a huge part of my identity and I’ve been working for years to achieve the body I’ve grown, so of course I’m a little down thinking about having to shed some pounds.

With that being said, I’m not sure what direction the focus of my content will be. I’m going to start working out at home and hopefully eventually join a gym when I build up some confidence 😅 I’m not sure if y’all would want to see a fat hog try to workout, but I’m sure I’ll end up recording some stuff along the way. Depending how it goes and how I feel, I’ll try to throw some eating vids in there. I guess the ultimate goal right now is sort of a muscle chub look? Idk lol. As much as I love being a blob of heavy lard, it’s just not working for my body and wellbeing at the moment.

What's important now is that you get youe health back in order :( !! Also never hurt to gain some muscles for when youre pushing 500lbs ;), wishing you all the best there and also a speedy recover big guy !!

Get some pregabalin to help with the pain. Did the trick for me. I don't think weight and sciatica are correlated so get treatment and keep on going
