Like maybe itβs better if u are with someone who actually went through the same trauma, so they literally understand what u are experiencing. But then other people can also like empathize with u even tho they didnβt went through the same thing. But honestly I would rather choose the person who experienced the same thing bc idkπ I just feel like it
