I appreciate knowing your thoughts on audios/asmr, thank you for sharing them. For me, as you said, an emotive speaker makes all the difference. When a speaker stirs emotion, I become invested in the story and it stirs my imagination. I love music for the same reasons, the ability to raise emotions, there's a song for every mood.

2023-12-21 05:53:31 +0000 UTCFor me personally, and I don’t know how universal a thing this is, but the relaxation from ASMR is just the sound of the talking. I listen to ASMRtists that don’t speak English as a first language and primarily use other languages in videos. Now, I have no idea what they are saying, but the noise of them speaking is what puts me in a relaxed state.
