I am currently getting reports that patrons can't access content.

The reason for this problem is that I deleted Tier so that I would not receive any more support.

I think the background of the problem is as follows.

1. I deleted the tiers.

2. but Billing was continued for that tier

＊At Patreon, creators cannot stop you from making automatic payments, and you must cancel them yourself. (Frankly, Patreon's system is really disappointing.)

3. I have created a new tier to resume my activities.

4. But, Patreon's system recognizes that the sponsorship amount of 'Billing amount arbitrarily determined by patron' and 'Billing amount for deleted tier' is equal to 'Billing amount of newly created Tier' but does not correspond to 'newly created Tier'.

5. I write a post that I set for $5 tier and $50 tier only. (Alternatively, writing can be done by setting it to 'Patron only', but in this case, it can be viewed by a $1 sponsor, which causes equity issues.)

6. As a result, you're sponsoring $5 to me, but you're not joined of the $5 tier, so you can't see the content. (Once again, I really can't understand Patreon's system.)

The only solution is to join the newly created tier yourself...

I'm not sure, but there will probably be no additional payment. However, I will give you a refund if there is an additional cost when you change the payment to the new $5 tier even you already paid $5 in this month.

I'm sorry for causing confusion because I deleted the tiers for no reason.
