JaneRyse red light BTS video

In this bts video you can see my setup and working with JaneRyse (DJ). I kinda followed the fashion trend with red color but mixed it to a rather clean white setup.
The Background was lit by 2 600x Aputure LED lights, with normal reflectors and barndoors to be able to create lights you can see on the background. Those barn doors were almost closed to achieve that effect and the lights are on full power.
My key light here is a 600C Aputure with red color setting, focused on the models upper body and face with a fresnel lens on the light. I didnt want it to be too overpowering here, so it only runs on 20%.
And as fill light to create overall light in the room feeling I use my normally main light 1200D Aputure with big softbox, but this time I just turned it to the ceileing to spread the light around the studio. This runs only on 7% power, because I want to keep the effect very subtle.
In the video you can see that during the shoot I only adjust one light - the key light with red color.
With creative sets like that I never keep the original setting of the lights through the whole shoot process and always try new angles and adjustments to bring variety to the shoot. I kept switching directions of the red light from model to the background (but still hitting her a little bit), then to foreground and her legs and so on! :)
