For this set I used 6 lights in total:
1. Main light on model was Aputure 300C on my right side with normal daylight setting and small fresnel with barndoors to put the light in a tighter beam on models face and upper body.
2. on the left side there is an Aputure 600c with big fresnel and barndoors with pink RGB settings to light on models lower body
3. Aputure 300c Nova Panel with blue RGB setting directed to the ceiling in front of the model on the left side, used as fill light for the whole set to keep everything in blue tones.
4. Another 300c panel on the right side also directed to the ceiling (you dont see it on the photos, it is slightly outside the frame). to have more fill light from the right side too. That Nova Panel was set to more pink- less saturated RGB setting.
5. Aputure 600x with a normal reflector and barndoors as strip light sideways behind the model to highlight the edge of her body to separate her from the background.
6. Aputure 600c with small fresnel and barndoors behind the model, directed into a piece of reflective foil to project some "creative" reflections onto the background behind the model. RGB setting was pink and the makeup artist was controlling the angle of the foil to keep the reflections dynamic and to have different results for photo and video.
I turned the 1. main light off sometimes to get a darker moody picture overall and to reduce shadows. Almost always when I shoot with so many lights I spontaniously turn off or reduce power of some of them to see if I like results better or just to add some variety to the shots :)
Gonna upload the final shots from this set soon.
