Finally fixed a major annoying bug that took too much time to solve.
Blinking/Glowing Artifact produced by Cloths Border & Hair is Fixed.
Artifact Removal Latency & Artifact Removal Pixel Bias Sliders are removed as they are no longer required.

2023-09-10 14:59:33 +0000 UTCI have removed the old var and tried both the session plugin and person plugin. I compared it to the old version and the problem seems to be improved but seemingly not completely fixed, the clothing only seems to look proper when I increase the render queue (that removes the artifacts around the edges and fixes the transparency to not look grey) but that also makes it look bright in shadows.
