The Sanctuary Hills HOA would like to invite you to the bi-monthly Neighborhood BBQ Block Party! There's going to be dogs, burgs, waterslides and someone might even catch on fire!
I hope you have fun with this little set! It's bright and summery and a should hopefully fill that little hole in your atomic heart you didn't know you had.

⭐ UMBRELLA DINING TABLE:
UMBRELLA: Click in live mode to tilt! But watch out for inclimate weather, it may tilt on it's own! ⭐Special thank you to Lot51 and Waffle for their excellent help with the tuning!⭐
TABLE: Has swatches with and without umbrella holes, as well as a special slot for the umbrella to snap perfectly into!
⭐ COOLER :
Base Game, functions like the Outdoor Retreat cooler.
LilBowBub has been helping me make drinkable Nuka Cola, so look out for that in the future!
⭐ FIRE PIT :
Fire pits in this game are a menace. If you don't want your sims catching on fire every three seconds maybe grab the lesscampfirestartfire fix mod by Bienchen.

I can't wait to use this in my game, I will be recreating my life as a baby because I am such a fan of 50's and 60's I thought how fun it would be to have my mom grow up and then have me in the game and I love to see the family tree grow on the game with all the generations. This will look great! Thank you for your creations! Have you done any 70's 80's or 90's? I will need that too when I do this and get to that point :)
