The Slightly Nicer Treehouse

Hello Friends!

Since realizing how blurry the texture on this tree house was I've badly wanted to fix it up. I adjusted the UVs to use the space better and hand painted some new textures for the tree trunk, and sign. I also cleaned up and sharpened the textures on the wood planks on the main tree hut(?) After everything I think she looks really neat!

I also added a smattering of new leaf colors so it's more versatile and cute.

Requires the Growing Together Expansion Pack.

And yes, there are two of the original green swatches, for some reason sims4studio was getting really angry when I deleted either one. 😬

OPTIONAL! If you would like your HQ Treehouse to change with the seasons as the Watcher who spent $40 to buy Seasons always intended, ChippedSim has made a lovely little optional adjust that will change the swatches to the seasons as seen above.

You can still change the swatch in build buy and when the season changes the tree will change too!

This tuning fix overrides the EA treehouse tuning and will conflict with anything other mods that affects the treehouse tuning.

You still need to download my original treehouse file for this fix to work.

UPDATED 04/01/23: There were some issues with the bump and rig. These have been fixed by making the treehouse a clone rather than a default replacement.
