Sailors, gamblers, and tavern girls alike speak of a mysterious old man seen wandering the seas of the East Blue — always surrounded by women, laughter, and the unmistakable scent of strong liquor.
Those who have seen him describe a serene yet overwhelming presence, eyes that pierce the soul, and a smile that conceals countless secrets. Many dare to call him “The Dark King”, a title that once shook the very foundations of the seas. Others, whispering in fear, recall that everyone knows whose right hand he once was...
Though long retired from piracy, reports indicate that his strength remains at the peak of this era — a reminder that true power never fades. Several sightings place him near the East Blue. Others claim to have seen him around Shells Town, where he’s said to frequent bars, gambling dens, and other questionable establishments.
The World Government has issued a precautionary notice to all Marine branches:
