Idk if you read novelizations, but the movies don’t have enough time to really detail Fisto’s loss to Sidious. The most detail that they show is that he was actually able to block one of Sidious’ attacks. But he actually lasted the longest aside from Windu and did a pretty good job. Sidious is also like… the dark version of Yoda. Fisto is one of the best fighters in the order (Windu brought 3 of the top dudes with him aside from Anakin), but Sidious is just a tier above. Windu honestly was only able to beat him because he has a force ability that lets him exploit weaknesses and a fighting form that draws on the darkness of his opponents (he basically takes in their darkness and instead of becoming tainted, he reflects all of it back at them)
