in asian languages some meanings of words change slightly or dramatically depending on the tone of how you say it, and/or the situational context. though its a slang term from latin word "lolita" it ismost definitely got a more suggestive tone as its description is simply "attractive young looking women". its consistent use in its situational contexts which would be liking females that look young and how the crimes involving the word uses lolicon as a one word description would make it speed up its reputation as a negative sexual reference. think of it like the word "bit-ch" when it was originally created it wasnt meant to be a derogatory term or have negative reputation behind the word, it was just a simple one word description that was used enough in its negative situational context and now have their negative reputation of the modern day. there are a lot of asian words that describe things very clearly so theres also a lot of times you have to be careful with the tone you use it in and the thing your trying to describe. a lot of the asian language is describing what your saying and not exactly having a word made for an exact purpose.
