Changelog 1.295 - “Stepping Stone”

I dunno if you've followed the news around Belgium, but we've been under a year's worth of rain and been absurdly flooded. The roads are ripped in pieces, entire buildings collapsed in the streets, vehicles of all kind landed in houses... Suffice it to say, it's a nightmare.
