9/10 is very reasonable hope level for this series. As a manga reader, I can say your hopes are not misplaced. Assuming david production doesn't fuck it up. The only thing they've been doing wrong so far is the excessive recaps, and some of them drag on a bit more than flashbacks/recaps normally should. As far as the actual story and events go, they've been doing a good job, and animation itself has been great. Hopefully they tone down the recap stuff from next episode onwards.
