Meet your servant
Added 2024-08-13 14:43:04 +0000 UTCHi everyone. The Monday update is a Tuesday update this week because of reasons, but the important part is I'm here, I'm still technically awake and alert and I'm bringing you the first glimpse of the new quest!
It seems appropriate that our first look at the new quest should be an introduction to the servant girl herself, since she'll be featuring pretty prominently in most of the other previews and teasers over the next few months. I made her character model the other day, though she may get a few little tweaks, nips and tucks here and there to round her off. Anyway, meet Madeline.
I went with a cute redhead because... well, the game doesn't have enough of those yet ^^ Here she is looking like sweetness and innocence itself, ready to serve you and eager to please. Apparently.
As you can see, she is wearing an official Sapphorian Underling Bureau (SUB) collar, which cannot be removed, tracks her movements and identifies her, preventing her from fraudulently passing herself off as a free woman. It looks, of course, very much like the replica that Missy wears if you chose to be Poppy's. She is also wearing the standard simple dress.
What's that? You want to see her without the dress? Well... okay then.
Back view only for now ^^ I'll "reveal" more of her as teaser season progresses. But that is a similar outfit to the ones you saw in Chapter Three, so everything's visible back there.

Patch Notes
I've collated the changes for the few minor bugs found in 0.8.5 in the attached file below. In addition to the fix for the red underwear bug, it also solves the problem in which Texting in Class was not coming up on the procedural generator. You should now be able to get this class event, and may actually get it multiple times in a row if you've played a lot of days in a row without it coming up.
Installing the patch is very easy, you just locate your game's data folder (the readme file tells you how to do this) then copy the file to there, overwriting the existing one.

She's a smidge taller than Missy (who's canonically 5'9) so I think it must just be the fact that she's slender and has long legs creating the illusion that she's tall.

Missy should ask you to go to the bathroom when you step onto the upper landing, and I think it's possible to miss it if you fast travel straight to Missy's room then go to bed without leaving the room again. I know what you mean about the neck. I think it's because I had to turn it a little more than is natural to get a pose where she's both flashing her ass and also looking at the camera ^^

2024-08-13 22:55:55 +0000 UTCNice one, you can't have enough cute redheads! The back view looks a little odd. I can't put my finger on what exactly it is. Maybe the neck. Might be nothing at all. As you are talking about events, which are not triggered: Did you rework the home events in the mini update? If you remember, some guys (including myself) had the problem, that the bath event is not in the cycle and does not happen at all. Or is that planned for a later release?
