The doodle composition (several pieces in one pic) has been a exclusive reward for the 6$ and 15$ tier since July 2021. If you feel the need to let out your frustration through dms NOW then you are 7 months too late
Also 12$ patrons who got this months art pack can easily downgrade to 6$ without getting charged extra so i genuinely do not understand the complaints
