Yiffalicious 0.6.1
Added 2016-09-27 14:37:38 +0000 UTCTook a bit longer than we were planning, but now it's finally here. 0.6.1 brings Frænír, the awesomely delicious male dragon, and thus we have the first same species couple!
Other than Frænír, there are a bunch of new features, improvements and bug fixes. Check out the release notes for a full report.

Frænír and Ilinír are our most ambitious characters to date. We’ve learnt so much from working on them; the usage of Substance Painter to up our game in texturing, how to add extra geometry with visibility being switched on and off (wings), among other things.
We hope that our effort shows. It’s been a blast making them. :)

2016-09-28 05:47:34 +0000 UTCYeah, I'm actually having the same problem. Anything from 'fastest' to 'Fantastic' results in really dark shadows. In full light, everything looks normal, but even mild shadows are black. But in the prior update, everything looked fine. Edit: oh, oops. I found that when I hid the user interface it resorted to its original quality. see if that works for you too?
