0.6.0 was one of our biggest releases yet. It contained a lot of new features and content, but also changes to previous behavior. Several core systems were removed and replaced with new ones. Naturally, doing such a thing increases the risk for bugs. And sure enough, there's been several reported.
We're happy to announce we're just a day or two away from releasing a patch to many of these bugs. This release will however not only contain bug fixes, but also some improvements in general.
Dragoness is one of our favorite accomplishments so far, and we want to make sure she looks as good as she possibly can. So we have developed a new driver that improves the ass deformation.
Squash and stretch driver
This driver will transform the ass cheeks as the leg is affected by the bone deformation. It's similar to what we've done previously, but unlike those, this one affects all components of the transform rather than just the rotation.

Dragoness is the first to adopt this driver.
Tweaked belly
We noticed the belly of the Dragoness behaved a little crazy, so this has been tweaked too.

You might also notice that we've tweaked the normals and smoothness during inflation.

The mesh deformation has been slightly tweaked too and should be better now.
Dragoness shoulder drivers

During the development of Dragoness, we disabled the shoulder drivers as they caused problems, and then we totally forgot about them. Since the shoulders affect the wings as well (as you can see in the first picture), poses would look differently depending on what shoulder driver setting the user had when saving as well as loading the interaction. So new behavior had to be developed to handle this.
The way we chose to solve this is by saving the shoulder driver setting together with the interaction. Then, during load, if the setting is equal, then nothing is done. If it isn't, however, a calculation will be performed to try and position the wings as they were saved but with the user's configured driver setting.
Other things coming in 0.6.0b
Angle snapping
You will be able to launch the rotation gizmo in snapping mode (snapping to increments of 15 degrees).
Penetratee force
Previously, penetratees haven't used any of the force sliders, only the penetrators. This will be changed in 0.6.0b. As this greatly changes how the sliders are interpreted, any interaction made prior to this release will be translated into this new force system upon load. (Force sliders will be set to 0 for snapshots where control is less than 0.5, thus mimicking old behavior).
POV tilt snapping
Camera will now snap to the closest 90 degree tilt, to avoid uncomfortable angle. I.e. if the character is tilted 15 degrees to the side, then camera will be upright.
Furthermore, the POV camera behavior has been improved and doesn't mess up when looking left/right when lying on side.
And of course the bug fixes...
A bunch of bug fixes that we'll detail more with the release notes.
That's it for now! Pardon the bugs in 0.6.0, but with such a big release it is to be expected. 0.6.0b should hopefully clear up most of it.
