Now I had finally time to listen to both episodes 😊 Thanks for Q&As, it's interesting to hear about you and your thoughts. Looks like we have a same kind of mind about a lot of things (e.g. psychological issues) 😄 You have some cool plans for Amaranthe, hopefully they will come true one day! 😎 About the first episode, I agree what you said about effects of music and good community. Your music (and music in general) has had a huge effect to my life and now I'm feeling better than in many years 🥰 It nurtures my soul, hihi (my soul band, like I called you) 😊 Good communities like Patreon and my work community make me feel like I'm welcome and that I can really be who I am ❤️

This shocks your body’s nervous system and stops panic momentarily and it helps me regain my gears just for a moment. Also going for a fast jog helps burn off all that extra adrenaline the panic has raised up in your body. Everyone’s body is different. What works for me might not work for you and vice versa but it’s definitely worth a try! Panic and anxiety sucks! But I always tell myself no matter how bad it gets, it always goes away eventually. That helps me.

My boyfriend can speak quite unclear sometimes 😂 Spanish is indeed beautiful and a powerful language. It’s spoken by more than 500 million people. English is THE international communication language. Happy to see more people are learning it. Even though Mandarin might be the 2nd most by native speakers, must be challenging to learn.

My life been very impacted by mental health issues, my mom have bipolar disorder and I see her at a mental institution. Not the same person that gives me life because the Meds and her issues but I still love her. In 2014, I got major anxiety issues ( panic attacks ) , I feel better 10 years later but I always have check up . I wish that your anxiety issues go away and you feel happy, calm and peaceful. I always spread mental health awareness around and it's very important for me ❤️🙏

It would be 1 on 1 so it’s more private and personal. Sometimes it’s easier and more authentic to ask questions that way I think it would be a great idea!

I have had a recent career change and have been working 6 days a week. It's been rough but I'll find time to vote today. It is an old topic, in school we learned it as The Great Self, and as The Great War. Election is a powder keg, and Bulgaria has become an open political battle ground, I hope the winner in the USA election will bring the state of the world to a calm. It’s our 8 election in 5 years. Whoever wins, it should stabilise our position. Well I hope to see Amaranthe play another festival here soon. If not me and my cousin might have to plan a trip sometimes next year ❤️🔥

(I forgot to mention that I'm learning Chinese - which is quite difficult - but Duolingo focuses on rote memorization, which has taken a lot of the difficulty out of it 😄) Babbel is subscription-based but very thorough and detailed. Check them out! Nice talking with you again...

We have obligatory English class in school since the age of 7! I am so grateful for that. Thank you ☺️ I don’t know any other languages besides Swedish and English. A few words Spanish and Japanese only. 😅 I wanna learn German and Finnish.
